Arrests made in Long Co. burglaries

          Three Hinesville men linked to four recent burglaries in Long County were arrested last Wednesday.            According to Nicky Anderson, a detective with the Long County Sheriff’s Department, the men were arrested and charged with burglary by forcible entry to a residence.            The men charged are Anthony Antonio Andrews, 20, Tiontae LeCounte, 18, and Corey Jarell Felton, 17.            The men were charged with breaking into apartments on Wilkerson Road in Long County - Whispering Oaks Duplex Apartments and Heritage Apartments.            Anderson said that the break-ins took place Dec. 3, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Among the items stolen were a 50-inch flat-screen TV and a laptop computer.             Anderson said the three men are linked to two burglaries in Hinesville. Both are still under investigation.            In addition to the Long and Liberty County Sheriff’s Department’s being involved on the case, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation also contributed to making the arrests, said Anderson.
