Atlantic Area Court Appointed Special Advocates, Inc., also known as CASA, will be hosting its 2019 CASA Toy Drive. 

The toy drive, created in 2018, gives each child advocated by CASA the opportunity to receive Christmas presents despite their current placement. 

The non-profit organization advocates for abused and neglected children placed in foster care through juvenile court proceedings. 

From now through Dec. 13, community members and businesses can donate toys and gift cards to the Atlantic Area CASA office, located at 1113 East Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville, across from Vaden Nissan Hinesville. 

All toys must be new and unwrapped and gift cards must be a minimum of $20. 

All proceeds and toys will go to the 181 children in CASA’s care.
