The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau launched its new website Feb. 6.
The redesigned website combines the chamber and CVB sites into one. The chamber and CVB have been coordinating with web developer Boost by Design since August to redesign the site.
“We hope the new site will offer better service for our chamber members, visitors and Liberty County residents,” chamber and CVB CEO Leah Poole said. “The new site has a fresh look, is easy to navigate and is indicative of all that Liberty County has to offer its residents, businesses and visitors.”
The site offers features such as a web calendar that displays community and chamber events and visitor information such as lodging, dining and sightseeing. Businesses and individuals interested in chamber membership can apply directly from the site and learn about the benefits of becoming a chamber member.
For visitors and people relocating to Liberty County, the website offers material about available resources such as city and county governments, education and housing, among other topics.
