Brandy Simon recently was named the new membership director of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce.
Simon will be responsible for recruitment, retention and communication with members, as well as managing the ambassador program and assisting in the organization of events. 
Simon has worked as an event planner. She also has experience as a head pastry chef, Family Readiness Group leader and teacher.
“Brandy brings with her a wealth of event-based organizational knowledge, as well as the benefit of being a military spouse and is familiar with interacting with all types of people. We could not be happier to have added her to our great team,” said Leah Poole, CEO of the chamber and the Liberty County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau.
