Syntel West of Coastal Electric Cooperative has been promoted to lead line technician. After completing his 2016 performance evaluation it was determined that West had completed the course work, acquired necessary experience, and demonstrated skills for a promotion from line technician. West started at the cooperative in 2004, working on a right-of-way crew.
