Tabeter Moore of Hinesville was awarded a Simply Best Performance Award for her work as the equal opportunity compliance officer for District 5 of the Georgia Department of Transportation. There are 26 counties in District 5. Moore received her award from GDOT Commissioner Russell McMurry.
