Folks line up Saturday for free ribs at Shane’s Rib Shack in Hinesville. The first 100 customers received a free half rack of ribs, a large drink and a “Shaniac” T-shirt. Edward Moore said he got in line at 8:30 a.m., which earned him the first place in line. Manager Shane Burke said a lot of people lined up for the giveaway, which Burke said was the company’s way of thanking the community for supporting the restaurant.
