George W. Holtzman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Holtzman, Realtors recently graduated from the Coldwell Banker commercial emerging broker training program.
The program is a four-month, comprehensive training program targeted for CBC professionals with one year of experience or less in commercial sales/leasing. Although George Holtzman has decades of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing, he recently acquired the Coldwell Banker Commercial Franchise for the Hinesville area. The course served as an intensive refresher for Holtaman, covering the key components of the commercial real estate and a blend of traditional classroom training followed by live Internet classes, self-paced learning and structured participation of a mentor in the home office. The program ended with three more days of classroom training at the Coldwell Banker international training center in Parsippany, N.J.
Rick Davidson, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates Inc., said, "The Coldwell Banker Commercial organization is committed to providing our professionals with learning programs that will continually enhance their understanding of the commercial real estate business. The intense curriculum of the EBT program is the most dynamic program available for professionals new to the industry. I am extremely proud of our most recent class of graduates who are each on the path to becoming future leaders of commercial real estate.
"George is already a leader in commercial real estate in Hinesville and is excited about the future of commercial sales/leasing throughout the coastal Georgia Area. With the promise of two new brigades transferring to Ft. Stewart's 3rd Infantry Division, the opening late last year of Liberty County and Ft. Stewart's joint MidCoast Regional Airport at Wright Army Airfield, and the explosion of new construction projects in this area, the demand for big box and smaller retail commercial sales/leasing is stronger than ever."
Having served under the appointment of three different Georgia governors to the Georgia Real Estate Commission, Holtzman said he is keenly aware of the need for qualified, ethical, professionally licensed agents and brokers to insure that real estate investments in coastal Georgia remain strong.
