Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors is sponsoring a free career seminar to familiarize current and potential real estate licensees with basic information on residential real estate.
The seminar is at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at the Holtzman office. Real estate classes will begin at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, also at the office.
“This seminar is designed for individuals who are interested in a real estate career, but need more information to help them make that important first step toward realizing their potential,” said George Holtzman, owner of Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors.
