A training seminar focusing on human-resources issues in the workplace will be from 8:30 a.m.-noon Wednesday, Oct. 24, at the Liberty College and Career Academy, 425 Dorsey Road in Walthourville.

The event, which is geared toward first-time supervisors, will have sessions on internal investigations from 9-10 a.m., USERRA from 10-10:30 a.m. and employee leave issues from 10:45-noon.
