Joseph Grant State Farm Insurance hosted a ribbon cutting Aug. 23 in conjunction with the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce at 101 E. Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville.
Grant welcomed staff, family and chamber staff and members to the event.
Grant is an independent agent with State Farm Insurance and his staff has numerous years of experience in the field of insurance. He said State Farm sends agents where there is a need, and he has felt the love and support from the community in Liberty County from day one.
The facility previously was used by agent R.W. Curtis before he passed away.
“I am really humbled to have been selected by State Farm to carry on the legacy of this office,” Grant said. “We have a tradition of dedication to excellent customer service, and that’s what I hope to continue.”
Grant said that although several years ago he never envisioned himself in the insurance business, he feels that God has put him in a position to serve and he hopes to be as much of a blessing to others as they are to him.
“We are so pleased that you have joined the chamber,” chamber board member Karen Bell said. “Please know that we are here to support you, and if there’s anything you need, don’t hesitate to ask.”
