The KFC restaurant in Hinesville has been named “Best of the Best” in KFC operations and customer service.
In order to receive the designation, a restaurant must have overall operational excellence on KFC standards and the highest scores on a standard set of customer mania measurements called C.H.A.M.P.S. These measurements evaluate each restaurant in six key areas of operation — cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service.
About 25 restaurants nationwide receive this honor. Also, the restaurant must excel in customer service metrics.
