Landowner George Holtzman said he is clearing a lot just west of McLarry's Curve in Flemington in hopes of attracting a business.

Holtzman, broker for Coldwell Banker, Holtzman Realtors in Hinesville, said no business is lined up yet, but he is going ahead with site preparation. He hopes for a restaurant and has had prospects, though none have committed.
