Mega Pawn hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony Nov. 3 in conjunction with the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce.
Owners Rick and Bonnita Morrison welcomed family members, chamber staff, board members, ambassadors, members and people from the community.
“We have been able to help so many customers, and it brings us great joy to know we are able to provide relief in times of need,” Bonnita Morrison said.
She continued with an explanation of the services and items that the pawnshop offers. Mega Pawn sells a variety of goods, such as high-tech gaming systems, computers, televisions, household appliances, workshop accessories, antiques and more. It is a full-service pawnshop that provides assistance with title pawns, loans against pawned items and purchases of personal items.
“We welcome you to the chamber,” said Susan McCorkle, incoming chairwoman of the chamber board of directors. “We are here for you and support your growing business.”
Those in attendance were invited to browse the facility’s collection of items and enjoy an array of treats.
Mega Pawn is at 1008 W. Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville.
