Hinesville City Councilmen Charles Frasier recently finished the vertical construction on his retail and office space development on South Main Street near the unfinished Frank Cochran Drive extension. Frasier is currently working on bringing a clothing store to the new development, and said he is eager to satisfy the many requests of nearby residents who have expressed the desire for an eatery on the south side of town.
