Georgia annual back-to-school sales-tax holiday is this weekend.
Shoppers cab get tax breaks on computers, clothes and school supplies on Friday and Saturday. The sales-tax holiday applies both to the 4 percent state sales tax and any local sales taxes. In Liberty County, shoppers will save 7 percent on qualified purchases.
The tax holiday begins on 12:01 a.m. Friday and concludes at midnight Saturday.
