Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors will sponsor free career seminars to familiarize current and potential real estate licensees with information on the residential real estate profession. The seminars are planned for 10 a.m. Aug. 25 and 7 p.m. Aug. 28 at Holtzman’s office.
“This seminar is designed for individuals who are interested in a real estate career, but need more information to help them make that important first step toward realizing their potential,” George Holtzman, agency owner, said.
Topics to be discussed include real estate school and license requirements and local market trends.
Speakers will include Holtzman, Belen Latag, Pam Lovett, Jeanne Evans and Viola Belletty. They will discuss how to become a successful sales person.
