Into the Sun Tanning Salon hosted a grand re-opening and ribbon cutting Sept. 18 to celebrate its new location at 21 Isle of Wight Road in Midway.
Into the Sun is in its second year of business. Owner Cayla Faulk welcomed friends, guests and members of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce to celebrate with her. There were refreshments made by friends and clients, and Blaine Bunting of 3rd Class Citizens performed many popular country songs.
Faulk, who was born and raised in Midway, said her parents were in business for many years.
“I went into business to live out his (her father’s) legacy after he passed away a few years ago,” she said.
Chamber Board Chairman Daniel Clark congratulated Faulk on her new location and wished her much success.
Into the Sun is open from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday. Call the salon at 884-7267.
