VIP Office Furniture & Supply recently hired Markie Floyd in the furniture sales division.
Floyd, who was born and raised in Hinesville, has a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Georgia Southern University, which currently holds membership in the Council of Interior Design Accreditation, and the National Association of Schools of Art and Design.
Floyd is an allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers. She will be working in the Hinesville office and will facilitate bid preparation, prepare working drawings and specifications for interior construction, create presentation boards/binders for clients and assist the vice president of operations during proposals.
Floyd has a working understanding of industry practices and technology and is enthusiastic about furniture and design industries.
