Carpathia Paws has been able to spay and neuter nearly 1,400 community pets in less than a year and a half. Founder Maryann Smith said they set out on a mission, starting in October 2020, to end pet homelessness in Liberty County and formed the “Lucky Tailroad Spay and Neuter fund.”
