Serenity Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Hinesville, in conjunction with the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce, celebrated its official introduction to the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, July 7, at its location at 454 S. Main Street.
Owner Sacilia Delapaz welcomed family members, friends, community leaders, Chamber staff and board members, elected officials, and guests as they gathered to celebrate the opening of the new funeral home.
Liberty County Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Leah Poole offered welcoming remarks, followed by comments from Hinesville Mayor Karl Riles and Chamber Executive Board Member Dr. Karen Bell, each recognizing the importance of businesses that serve families during life’s most difficult moments.
“Opening a business is never easy, but opening one dedicated to serving families during times of loss requires a special calling,” Poole said. “We are proud to welcome Serenity Funeral Home & Cremation Services to Liberty County and are grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and care they will provide to our community for years to come. We wish Sacilia and her entire team much success.”
The funeral home offers a full range of services, including traditional funeral services, cremation options, pre-planning, memorial services, and grief support.
