The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Haunted Grounds Coffee on Wednesday, October 12 at its location 248 Butler Ave. in Midway.

Patrick Welsh, the owner, thanked those in attendance and expressed how much of a positive impact he wanted Haunted Grounds Coffee to have on the community.

Jimmy Shanken, Liberty County Chamber of Commerce chairman, congratulated Welsh on opening up his business in Midway. Shanken expressed how small businesses such as Haunted Grounds Coffee are the backbone of America. He also congratulated them on joining the Chamber family.
