Chamber hosting social media, crisis communications session

The Progress Through People Luncheon is a monthly event organized by the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce.

The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Social Media in 2025 and Crisis Communication Workshop on Thursday, October 23 from 3-5 p.m. at Ameris Bank, 101 W Hendry Street, Hinesville.

Facebook and Instagram got you down? Wondering why you are not TikTok famous yet? This workshop will tell you about the algorithms and what they look like today.

It also will address Crisis Communication, with a focus on protecting and defending an individual, company, or organization during a public challenge to your reputation. This involves strategic planning and execution of communication to manage crises effectively, minimize damage and maintain trust.
