Coastal Manor Long Term Care Receives Deficiency-Free Inspection
Coastal Manor

Coastal Manor Long Term Care, a skilled nursing facility owned and operated by Liberty Regional Medical Center, has received a deficiency-free inspection of its facility in Ludowici, Georgia by the Georgia Department of Community Health’s Healthcare Facility Regulation (HFR).

HFR is the state survey agency which performs federal certification inspections in health care facilities that participate in the Medicare and/or Medicaid programs. This agency is responsible for licensing, monitoring and inspecting a variety of facilities and services through Health Care Licensing. Skilled nursing facilities surveyed include those who primarily provide skilled nursing care and related services to residents who require medical or nursing care, rehabilitation services to the injured, disabled, or sick, or health care and services on a regular basis to individuals who require care and services due to mental or physical conditions, but not primarily for the care and treatment of mental diseases.

“We are very proud of our healthcare team at Coastal Manor. They have worked, and continue to work, very diligently to care for our residents who live there.” said Tammy Mims, Liberty Regional CEO. “Our recent deficiency-free state inspection is a testament to the dedication of our nursing staff, administration and our organization.”
