George and Babs Holtzman, owners of the Holtzman Companies, recently presented copies of the Holtzman Companies' Cookbook to Maj. Gen. Rick Lynch and Mayor Jim Thomas and his wife, Claudia. This year's edition of the cookbook is dedicated to the returning 3rd Infantry Division soldiers and their families for a job well done.
