On Friday, August 16, 2024, the Liberty County Convention and Visitors Bureau hosted a Senior Spouse Tour sponsored by Chick-Fil-A Hinesville. This free tour took Fort Stewart/HAAF spouses to different places all over Liberty County and included lunch at the Bacon Fraser House.

The tour was created to allow spouses to network, shop, eat and participate in the amenities that are offered to them throughout the county. They were also able to learn about more ways to be involved in the community. The August Senior Spouse Tour included stops at: Hinesville City Hall, the Hinesville Fire Department, Dorchester Academy and Bradwell Institute. “We love having the opportunity to show folks, both new and old, what our community has to offer,” said Leah Poole, Liberty Chamber/CVB CEO.

For anyone interested in attending follow Explore Liberty on Facebook or give them a call at 912.368.4445.
