Firefighters from the Hinesville fire department
responded to a fire at a home on the 800 block of Forest Street shortly after
6:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Captain Andra Hart said there was one person in the home at the time of the fire which was contained to the kitchen. Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire. There were no injuries reported.
