Bradwell Institute’s Future Business Leaders of America attended a fall leadership conference on Nov. 11 in Athens. The FBLA members attended workshops on officership, career success, professionalism/etiquette, speaking/presentation and leadership essentials.
Students also attended lunch sessions on media madness, March of Dimes Monopoly and competitive event open testing, as well as a general session.
Students said they returned home excited and motivated to prepare for upcoming region leadership competitive events.
Bradwell FBLA members will participate in competitions in accounting, business calculations, business communications, economics, computer applications, desktop publishing, word processing, business ethics, client service, impromptu speaking, public speaking and parliamentary procedure.
