FPCA sends seven to GISA honors band

First Presbyterian Christian Academy sent seven middle school band members to participate in the Georgia Independent School Association’s Middle School Honor Band.
The event, held Feb. 7-8 at Macon’s Tattnall Square Academy, included participants from schools through out the state. Participants from FPCA were Bethany Lormis (flute), Sarah McPherson (clarinet), Chris Martin (oboe), Dalton Smiley (bass), Philip Swindell (trumpet), Stephen Beasley (bass), and Michelle Roberts (flue).
The FPCA Highlander Band is under the direction of Shannon Hickey.
