The Hineshouse Project Inc. selected and sponsored local recent high-school graduates or current high-school students to attend a youth-leadership conference, “Call of Duty: Making a Difference,” hosted by the Georgia Association of Housing and  Redevelopment Authorities from July 25-27 at the University of Georgia in Athens.
The conference highlighted the challenging responsibilities that youth face as upcoming leaders, discussed strategies for a successful future, tried to inspire them to motivate others by using available resources, and making wise decisions.
