After 49 years of service, the Liberty County nutrition department and school nutrition staff of Jordye Bacon Elementary served its final meal at the school, which has closed.
Staff members  at  the school estimated they served approximately 2,293,200 breakfasts and 2,998,800 lunches during the school’s years of operation.
