Joseph Martin Elementary students have become published authors. All students participated in a program from studentreasures that allowed them to write and to illustrate their books.
Kindergarten through second graders worked together to create class books. Every class received a free copy of that class’ book and parents could buy individual copies. Each student was responsible for one written and one illustrated page in their book.
Third through fifth grade students wrote and illustrated their own books. Each superstar received a free copy of their book and parents could buy them.
A celebration was held when the books were received.
