The Long County Board of Education recently recognized its 2012-13 Teachers of the Year. Honorees are Fletcher Johnson, Smiley Elementary School; Beth Vandervort, Walker Middle School; and Jeffrey Spratt, Long County High School. Spratt also was recognized as the school system’s teacher of the year.
