Mya Gilliard’s media festival project, “Mya’s Top 10 States” won at the International Media Festival. It also was voted judges’ favorite and best of festival. She is the daughter of Pete and Vivian Gilliard, and is in Dr. Mattie Brown’s fourth-grade class at Jordye Bacon Elementary.
