Button Gwinnett Elementary School held its first family fun night Sept. 27.
“We had a great crowd and the theme was helping students with math,” school officials said. “Teachers from every grade level participated.”
The school also is having a curiosity shop from 3:30-5:30 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday. Parents must accompany students at the media center, where students can take AR tests, work on homework and do research for projects. Parents also can use the media center for their needs. A staff member is on duty during this time to help with homework.
