Seven Henry “Hank” White Memorial Scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each are available.
Scholarships include:
• Bradwell Institute Scholarship, counselor’s office deadline is 3:30 p.m. April 30 and one scholarship is available.
• Community Scholarship, First Calvary Missionary Baptist Church (corner of Rebecca and Mills Street) application must be postmarked by April 30 and two scholarships are available.
• First Calvary Missionary Baptist Church Scholarship, First Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, deadline is at 1:30 p.m. April 29 and three scholarships are available.
• Liberty County High School Scholarship, Counselor’s office at LCHS, deadline is 3:30 p.m. April 30.

Much of the funding for the scholarships comes from an annual golf tournament.
