The annual STAR student luncheon, sponsored by the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce, will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, at Bethesda Church, 116 Patriots Trail in Hinesville. STAR is a statewide program to recognize high-achieving students.
