James Long of Ludowici has won of the Interstate Resources Scholarship Program sponsored by Interstate Resources, Inc.
Long is the son of Laura McGowan. He is majoring in advertising/marketing at the University of Georgia.
The Interstate Resources Scholarship Program was established to help finance the higher education of children of its employees. The scholarship winners are chosen competitively on the basis of their academic records and personal achievements.
