Carley Brewer graduated May 10 from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pa. The 2010 graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School earned a Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and criminal justice. She is the daughter of Robin Witherite of Milesburg, Pennsylvania, and Jimmy Brewer of Hinesville.
