Walker Middle School Future Business Leaders of America hosted a Halloween social Oct. 31 at the school.
Students brought in cupcakes, candy, sandwiches and drinks, and they said they enjoyed their time together. Forty-five FBLA members attended the social, which also featured a costume contest.
Savannah Clary won the prize for scariest costume. Ron Dumas, dressed as Spider Jackson, won the award for best costume. Ashley Moody, dressed as a bumblebee, won the prize for cutest costume.
Through Nov. 17, Walker Middle FBLA will be participating in the third annual Warm a Life Campaign. To help out, send new or used, clean blankets to Walker Middle School. The blankets will be donated to shelters around the area.
