Hinesville City Council members honored two longtime Hinesville firefighters with retirement crystals at the November 7 meeting.

 Training Chief Alex Mason has been working with HFD since July 19, 2001 and Battalion Chief Chris Moss has been working with HFD since October 30, 1998. 

After more than 23 and 26 years of service, respectively, they will be retiring on December 1.
