The Liberty County Development Authority recently held a farewell dinner and a drive-up goodbye for outgoing chairman Allen Brown, top right in the above photo, and retiring executive director Ron Tolley, bottom photo.

 Brown concluded his second four-year term as Hinesville mayor and cannot seek a third term, ending his time as the city’s appointee. 

Tolley has been with the Liberty County Development Authority for 43 years. 

Interviews with candidates for his replacement have been ongoing.
