Food truck festival to hit the streets
The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce’s semi-annual food truck festival is coming back to downtown Hinesville on September 21 and is expected to draw another crowd in the thousands. Courier file photo

The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce/ CVB presents the 6th Bi-Annual Food Truck Festival on Saturday, September 21, in downtown Hinesville.

The Food Truck Festival is scheduled to take place between 11 a.m.– 4 p.m. and is presented by Coldwell Banker Southern Coast and Southern Coast Properties. This event will have great food from various food truck vendors, a beer garden, live entertainment and a kid’s zone.

“We are excited for another great event for the community. There will be lots of great food and fun for all,” said Leah Poole, president and CEO of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce/CVB.

Part of downtown Hinesville will be closed during the event; Main, Midway and South Commerce streets will be closed on Saturday, September 21, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. During this closure, the downtown Main Street shops will remain open and accessible from both their front and rear entrances.
