The Hinesville Downtown Development Authority is preparing for two special one-day Homegrown & Handmade Markets on the Thursday before Thanksgiving (Nov. 15) and the Thursday before Christmas (Dec. 20) from 3 to 7 p.m. in Bradwell Park in Downtown Hinesville.

HDDA is inviting the public to plan for holiday meals and gifts. Farmers will bring fresh produce, bakers and restaurants will take catering orders, and artisans will offer original, handmade items that could make wonderful gifts.

Vendor booths cost $15 per event or $25 for both November and December. Vendors should preregister with mricketson@hinesvilledowntown.com or come by the Hinesville Downtown Development Office in City Hall. The vendor application is also available on the HDDA website at www.hinesville downtown.com.
