On Tuesday, Judge Charles Rose denied the motion to reduce bond for Luyinga Isabel Koutangni-Henriques.  She is charged with felony murder and cruelty to children for the death of a 3-year-old girl.

Kountangi-Henriques turned herself in last January after police were called to a home for an unresponsive child. The child was later pronounced dead at Liberty Regional Medical Center.

After an autopsy was performed by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab in Savannah, a warrant was issued for her arrest. The child, Chiari Dotson, was the child of her then live-in boyfriend.

Kountangi-Henriques remains in Liberty County Jail with bail set at $165,100.
