Kemp to order mandatory evacuation Monday for those east of I-95

Residents that live east of I-95 in Liberty, Bryan, McIntosh, Chatham, Glynn and Camden counties must mandatorily evacuate, according to a tweet from Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp Sunday evening.

Westerly contraflow on I-16 will start at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, according to Kemp.

"Stay vigilant and be safe," the Governor tweeted. .
