Liberty County School System Interim Superintendent Dr. Franklin Perry sits at his desk. Though hes been interim superintendent since June and is the school boards only finalist for the job, Perry hasnt fully moved into his office in Hinesville. Its unclear when hell finalize his deal with the school board to remove interim from his title.
