Tiffany Leon-Peterson, ESOL teacher at Taylors Creek Elementary, was named Liberty County School System 2024 District Teacher of the Year during a ceremony held at Bradwell Institute on Monday, November 14.

“Mrs. Leon-Peterson brings sunshine to Taylors Creek every day,” said Taylors Creek Principal Dr. Kenyatta Gilmore. “Her love and unwavering support for our ESOL students and their families is amazing. We are honored to have her represent Taylors Creek and the Liberty County School System as the 2024 Teacher of the Year.”
