Coldwell Banker earns international award

Coldwell Banker Southern Coast and Coldwell Banker Commercial Southern Coast were recognized for outstanding performance during their annual awards celebration, earning statewide honors within the Coldwell Banker network.

Coldwell Banker Southern Coast received the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Office Award, recognizing the brokerage’s overall performance and professionalism.

The firm also achieved a significant milestone by earning the distinction of having the Top Three Medium Teams in the State of Georgia within the Coldwell Banker system:

• The Shanken Team – No.1

• SL Realty Group – No. 2

• Driggers Group – No.3 “To have the top three medium teams in the entire state under one roof is extraordinary,” said Broker/Owner Leigh Smiley. “It reflects a culture of accountability, collaboration, and a deep commitment to serving our clients.”

Several agents were honored with international recognition.

Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society recipients included Courtney Goode (No. 98 in Georgia), Cori McFann-Levesque (No. 30 in Georgia), Karoline Davis, and Stacy Buck.

Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society honorees included David Gardner, Ella Causey, and Jeanne Evans.

The brokerage also recognized Outstanding Sales Achievement Award recipients Andrew Jenks, Crystal Gaddy, Dagmar Madden, Samantha Kipke, Shelbi McKinzie, Jessica Whittington, and Kim Payne.

“In a year when national data showed that approximately 71% of licensed agents did not complete a transaction, 76% of our agents produced,” Smiley added. “That level of production and engagement speaks to the strength of our culture and the dedication of our professionals.”

In the Commercial company, Jimmy Shanken was recognized with the Coldwell Banker Commercial Silver Circle of Distinction Award.
