Voters who would like to cast their ballots in the runoff elections for Hinesville mayor and the District 3 City Council seat may now do so. Advance voting began Friday at the Liberty County Historic Courthouse, 100 Main St. in downtown Hinesville, according to the Liberty County Voter Registration and Elections Office. It will continue from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through Wednesday, Nov. 25.
